Barber Park Outdoor Event Request Form

Barber Park welcomes community events that promote recreation, culture, wellness, and positive engagement for residents and visitors. This Outdoor Event Request Form is intended to collect important information regarding proposed events to assist staff in evaluating scheduling availability, operational needs, safety considerations, and compliance with City policies and park regulations. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or reservation of space. Event organizers are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible to allow adequate time for review and coordination.
