In 2024, the City of Greensboro will automatically deliver one, 95-gallon yard waste cart to every household that receives yard waste collection. Use this form to decline this free cart.

If you want only one cart, there is no need to complete this form. If you live in a townhome or condo, you are not eligible for the yard waste containers. Current yard waste services in your community will not be affected by changes to the City’s yard waste collection program. There is no need to fill out this form.

If you want to purchase a second cart, call the City Contact Center at 336-373-CITY (2489).

Anyone who submits a form should be aware that in accordance with the North Carolina Public Records law, found in North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 132, their e-mail address is considered public record.
